Client accepts responsibility for payment of all VOUCHERS containing applicants/COLLEAGUES/EMPLOYEES NAMES, V.I.P. MEMBER AND/OR ACCOUNT NUMBER turned into our office by our drivers. If vouchers are lost or stolen from the Client, KISMET LIMOUSINE should be notified immediately in writing, or facsimile that the account numbers may be changed, or service stopped. Clients are accountable for all initials on all charges. Client accepts responsibility for any unauthorized use of KISMET LIMOUSINE if the above procedures are not followed. KISMET LIMOUSINE reserves the right to cancel clients account if use of our transportation service is extremely light presence, abusive behavior or if client fails to pay invoices within 10 days of receipt. Invoices must be paid fully. This agreement constitutes the full and complete understanding and agreement of the parties supersedes all prior understanding and agreements and cannot be amended, changed modified terminated in any respect without consent, in writing, of the parties hereto. We agree to any charges on the rate schedule. We understand that a $1.00 maintenance fee will be charged per voucher, and 15% gratuity which is not included in the flat rate charge. KISMET LIMOUSINE reserves the right to change all rates and charges. We understand that all bills will be tendered to the customer every 14 days. This agreement may be terminated by KISMET LIMOUSINE or the customer at any time for any reason, by written notice to the other. The terms of this agreement will continue to apply until the entire account owed by the customer under this agreement is fully made. Payment is due upon receipt, an additional 1 1/2 % per month is charged for late payment. We understand it is the customers responsibility to send in writing any change in business, name, mailing address and or phone number.
