Balance Due CANCELLATION POLICY: Customer has the right to cancel this agreement within 3  days of signing this agreement if service is to be performed within 30 days of signing this agreement, Customer forfeits his right to cancel this agreement. (Payable 14 days before date of service in cash, certified check or credit card.) TIMES: Time of drop and drive time are approximations.  Actual times will be computed and estimated cost may be  adjusted. A 1% SERVICE CHARGE (18% PER ANNUM) WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL ACCOUNTS PAST DUE 30 DAYS. CUSTOMER AGREES TO PAY ALL COSTS OF COLLECTION INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES IN THE EVENT OF DEFAULT.
