ALL HOURLY RATES FOR SEDANS & SUVS ARE 3 HOURS FOR LOCAL RESERVATIONS (8-MILE RADIUS) AND MINIMUM 4 HOURS OVER 10-MILE RADIUS. FOR SPRINTER VANS MINIMUM OF 3 HOURS FOR LOCAL REQUESTS (10-MILE RADIUS), AND 6 HOURS FOR REQUESTS EXCEEDING 10-MILE RADIUS. OUR BUS POLICIES ARE DIFFERENT THAN THE LISTED POLICIES.   • Waiting times for Sedans are $23.75, for SUVs $27.50, 14 pax Sprinter Vans $32.50, 16 pax Sprinter Vans $37.50, 19 pax Sprinter Vans $45.00 for every 15 minutes.

  • Waiting time at the airport – domestic flights / 30 minutes free after arrival tıme & international flights / 45 minutes free after arrival time *

  • All local cancellations – 2-hour notice (local 10-mile radius)
  • All other cancellations – 4-hour notice (exceeding 30-mile radius)
  • Modifications and changes may apply to transportation requests on the following days;
  • New year's day, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving day, Christmas Eve after 6:00pm

  • Clean-up fees: In order to perform safe and enjoyable transportation, our drivers maintain their vehicles clean at all times. clients are held responsible for any damages that may occur to the interior or exterior of the vehicle caused by incidents such as vomiting or food spills etc.
  • Cleaning fees are assessed and charged according to the extent of the damage. In the event a charge occurs for a cleaning fee is charged to a client, these fees must be paid in full to the driver and the customer will receive an updated receipt for that specific trip.
  • Our bus terms and conditions:
  • Cancellation policy-30 days or more before the event - The company has the right to hold and keep the deposit.
  • Cancellation policy-29 days or less before the trip will be charged in full.
  • No-shows will be charged in full.
